Terms of Service

Last updated: 5 September 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Andrea Salmeri, who operates AI Reputation at airepu.com. By using the service you accept them.

What the service does

AI Reputation measures how AI search engines describe and recommend a business. We put the questions customers typically ask to AI search engines, record what those engines answer, and report whether the business was named, where it ranked, and which sources the answers were built from.

What the score is, and what it is not

The AI Reputation Score is our own benchmark. It is calculated by us, from measurements we take. It is emphatically not an official ranking from OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, Perplexity or any other provider, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any of them. Their product names are used only to identify which engine was measured.

Two limits you should understand before relying on a report:

  • We query AI engines through their developer APIs. That closely tracks, but is not identical to, what someone sees in the consumer app, which may use different prompts or retrieval.
  • AI engines search the live web and do not always give the same answer twice. A report is a snapshot of the moment it was taken. Running it again may produce a different result, which is why every report is dated and stored unchanged.

No guarantee of results

The recommendations in a report are professional suggestions, not promises. We do not guarantee that following them will improve your score, your visibility in AI answers, your search rankings, your traffic or your revenue. AI engines are third-party systems we do not control and cannot influence, and they change without notice.

Prices and payment

  • The one-time audit is a single payment for a single report.
  • Monitoring plans are subscriptions that renew automatically until you cancel.
  • Introductory rates apply for the stated period, after which the standard rate applies. This is shown at checkout before you pay.
  • Prices are shown in pounds sterling, or euros for customers in Italy, and include any applicable tax.

Payment is processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your card details. You can cancel a subscription at any time, and it stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not refund part-used periods.

Your right to cancel (14 days)

As a consumer in the European Union you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason.

Because a report is delivered to you immediately, you are asked at checkout to expressly request immediate delivery and to acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the report has been produced. This follows Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code. If you have not yet received your report, you keep the full 14-day right — email pizza.apps@yahoo.com and we will refund you.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use automated tools to run analyses at volume, or otherwise place unreasonable load on the service
  • Resell or redistribute reports as your own product without our written permission
  • Attempt to gain access to reports or accounts that are not yours
  • Use the service to harass, defame or mislead anyone about another business

We may suspend access that breaches these terms.

Liability

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under French law — including your statutory rights as a consumer, which these terms do not affect.

Subject to that, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for lost profits, lost business or indirect losses.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using the service at any time and cancel any subscription. We may end or suspend your access if you breach these terms, or if we discontinue the service — in which case we will refund any period you have paid for but not received.

Disputes

These terms are governed by French law, and the courts of France have jurisdiction. As a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory law of your own country of residence, and you may use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Before that, please email us — most things are resolved quickly.
